In the summer of 2021, I interned at ISlide, a sandal company in Boston. I worked three days a week as a design intern, where I had the opportunity to work with professional designers, as well as people of all different professions within the company. As an intern, I created mock-ups of slides with certain logos to full-fill orders from customers and companies, and I also created some of my own designs to be sold on the website.
My two main projects for designed slides were floral patterns and designs, where I could create my own floral designs to go on the strap of the shoes, and summer slogans, where I was given a list of slogans to typographically design and put on the shoes.
I created numerous designs for these projects, and here are a few of my favorites.
